I moved my mother to this facility recently. I can tell you that the "administrator" that "blueruth27" spoke about is gone. The lady that oversees the facility now, Machelle, is WONDERFUL. My mother is extremely happy there and the staff is very involved in the resident's care. I could not be happier with this facility and I am extremely grateful for all they do for my mom since she can no longer live at home.

While visiting my grandmother I noticed fleas on the carpet. I left with bite marks. Also the main assistant there acts like she hates the elderly & children. She introduced us to her dog which I'm sure is the sorce of the pests. The help baby talks the elderly & is nosey. The help sometimes stands between my family & our grandmother in the way like we are there to see her. I don't know if my grandmother is being treated with respect. I wish someone would investigate them.
