Peace of Mind. That is what I received when I was introduced to the wonderful 'auto consultant' at Alexander Cadillac. The reason why I use the term 'auto consultant' is because that is the experience I received, let me explain. There were no uncomfortable and pushy sales tactics typically used by car salesmen. Ray was kind and honest and truly wanted to find exactly the right car for me. He was sincerely interested in what I was looking for, listened and met my needs. I am not one to buy a car on the first trip to the dealership. Ray understood this and did not try to push anything on me when I left the first time. He gave me his card and smiled as he said see you soon. :) After I did my due diligence I found out a Cadillac was the best car for the money and I bought my new 300+ horse power ATS. I am very happy. Oh, one more thing, the finance fellow Justin was also amazing. With the same mantra as Ray the documents were signed and ready to go without any hassles.

We knew what he wanted, and the whole time you can tell he wanted to make sure we ended up with it, and at the best possible price for both of us. The GM or Head of the dealership (Dwayne) was slaving away at a desk, which is understandable when you have paperwork for vehicles, but he took time to stand up, shake my husband and I's hands, and introduced himself and ultimately accommodate us the best he could. Our last encounter was with a tall hispanic gentleman that worked in financing. (Moises)He was honest, upfront, and had a great sense of humor. He didnt try to push us into buying any extended coverage we might not need, and gave us his opinion on what would best fit our needs financially. From the moment we walked through the door, the smiles, the introductions, the communication, the "Were HERE for YOU" was definately present. Id give this dealership two thumbs up!!!!
We purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon XL over the weekend at Alexander after shopping and comparing prices in Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks and online. Working with Edward Martinez at Alexander, he was able to beat every other deal we were offered and gave us a substantial amount for our trade-in. Once we came to an agreement on price (over the phone even) we were in & out of the showroom to sign paperwork in under 30 minutes. Our new vehicle was washed, we were given a full tank of gas and Edward took the time to activate various technologies & pair our phones.
