My mother recently purchased a dodge at country and was promised certain incentives when the deal was final. However, they did not follow through. When questioned why the sales represenitive rudely spoke with my mother in such a tone and manor that I will never purchase another vehicle there and I will be certain that all of my friends and family are aware of how they treat their customers. It is very sad but true how they will tell you anything to make a sell and if that isn't bad enough to speak so disrespectfully to a senior citizen.
