My husband got the Evo from this store with Sprint service.



After the phone stopped working and it had been deemed defective by the authorized repair center for Sprint, we were advised to get a new one and return this phone.



Wireless Toyz says that we must PURCHASE a new phone and then wait for THEM to credit us the non-contract price. Within the 30 day mark. With a warranty. And insurance.



My husband spent TWO DAYS on the phone with customer service and tons of driving time that could have been spent with his family trying to get this taken care of.



Finally the Sprint Customer Service called and said something to get them to see reason.



BEWARE. This store will take your money and leave you high and dry!



Terrible, terrible people.

Sprint stated that they would call us within 30 minutes to let us know what was going on. They didn't and my husband called them. They are sticking to the "buy a new one or leave this one with us for an hour" line. They want us to leave the phone with them for an hour (they are NOT an authorized repair center) and void the warranty so we have no choice but to pay cash.



I've convinced my husband to file a claim in court for the costs of the phone, cancellation of this contract, and the first month's services so that we can get a new line straight from Sprint.
