Dr Rob's Garage

I was a previous customer of Dr. Rob's Garage so when my Jeep Wrangler had issues I called and made an appointment for service. I called on a Friday and was given a 12 noon appointment for the following Monday. I arrived on time and explained the situation which was a ETC indicator light and a check engine light.
They didn't look at the vehicle that day even with an appointment. The following day the didn't put in the bay until after 3:30 pm. but didn't have time to test ride it and kept it overnight. I was called the next morning at 8:30 and told I was all set. I picked it up $357. for 2 hoses, anti-freeze and labor. I drove it home 14 miles and my wife took it to work 6 am. the next morning and the ETC indicator and check engine light came on 6 miles into the ride. AAA flatbedded the Jeep back to Dr. Rob's Garage and I met the Jeep there at 9:15 am. I stopped by the garage that afternoon on my way to pick up my wife from work and the Jeep had not been moved. I went in the office and they said they would put it in the bay soon. At 3:45, I got a call saying they ran my Jeep and the problem was a head gasket and I would be looking at around $1200. - $1900. GO ELSEWHERE..they are not professional, punctual, or Service oriented.

The whole crew at Dr. Rob's Garage are true professionals and make you feel very comfortable that you are getting the best service and a great deal. I've been going there for a few years now with our 2 vehicles (Pathfinder and Scion). They also happily checked out a used vehicle prior to purchase, and helped replace an old rusted trailer hitch. My wife and I are very happy with their work and prices. We plan on being longtime customers.
