Good DR Richard C Ob Gyn

I'm almost 9 months & have been seeing him sense the very beginning. I think he is a wonderful doctor. He does everything possible. If I ever have a problem or anything wrong he's always willing to check it out. He has a 3D/4D machine now that does ultra sounds. My pictures turned out awesome! He has gave me ultrasounds several times. I highly recommend everyone to go to him!

Dr. Good's staff is friendly, but his care and concern for his patients is lacking. First visit to his office went excellent, he was very friendly along with his wife, the office manager. The numerous subsequent visits were all non-productive, routine visits that seemed like a waste of time. He ignores specialists' recommendations sent to his office and doesnt even review medical notes/findings from ER physicians that treat his patients, when he has access to OMHS database. No matter how high risk your pregnancy might be; Dr. Good will make certain to treat you the same as every healthy pregnant woman that he sees. His nurse checks weight, BP, and urine. He only listens for fetal heartbeat on doppler and measures the belly on every visit. This is all he does, every visit... You may have a history of preterm labor and miscarriages and this is all that he will ever do for you. He will not measure cervix, acknowledge questions concerns, even cramping and bleeding are never serious enough symptoms to speak to the patient about. He won't even bother to wheel in his portable ultrasound machine from the 1970's to take a quick look at the baby. He is the only doctor in his office since leaving Powderly, KY. He is booked to capacity and still marketing himself to new patients on billboards all over town. He needs to slow down and be more attentive to his current patients.
