Looks to Dye For Salon

The owner of this salon is shrill, abusive and runs a crooked business. I wouldn't bring a poodle to this salon, much less trust my hair to it.

I am the owner of the salon and the negative response is from someone who was clearly caught in several lies with the State Board of Cosmetology and the Better Business Bureau who closed the woman's case due to many lies found in her statements. I am well qualified for what I do and currently have several clients with extensions in their hair and absolutely love them and are extremely happy. I have been doing hair for many years and not once have I ever gotten negative remarks and responses due to a clients unhappiness with their service. It's very unfortunate when you run across vindictive people who have nothing better to do with their time than make false accusations and try to hurt someones's reputation with all out lies. I am grateful the State Board of Cosmetology and Better Business Bureau investigated this case to prove that my salon, salon staff, fellow hairstylists and myself are more than qualified, with many unIflawed years of experience, above and beyond well educated in our field as well as follow the rules and laws with an impeccable reputation. I am also grateful that all of our clients know the truth and trust in our abilities to do their hair as well as refer their friends and family. I have been going to the owner for years before she opened this salon and must say I have always had great experiences and will never go to anyone else. I can go there and get everything taken care of in one fail swoop! :) Love it!

The owner and manager have done permanant damage with hair extensions that needed to be done twice within a month (were supposed to last 4-6 mo. for one set of extensions) costing in excess of $6000.00 for extremly poor services and the need to repair damage done by them. No refund was given and refused to return all hair extensions that were purchased. Has been reported to the BBB and State Of Florida re unethical practices as well.
