I ordered flowers online on Saturday and selected a time frame for it to be delivered to my work place on Monday by 12pm and they were delivered 3 hours late. When I made the purchase online, my order details did not include the florist's phone number, tracking information, nor did they call or email me to tell me they would arrive late. The woman who delivered them misread Michael as Michelle and when I asked her why they were 3 hours late, she made a strange comment about going out to lunch and calling if we needed her to pick up any food... it was awkward because she never called the workplace, and the number I put down was my cellphone which she never called either. Because the flowers were very late, we did not get to offer our condolences in person to the person in grieving who was out. The flowers themselves were nice but the service was poor. I do not recommend them and will not use this service again.
