Ranch at Prairie Trace

I use to love it here. I loved this place SO much when I moved in November of 2014. But even though this place is a strict non-smoking area, I have reported and caught several people smoking out on their balconies and even at the pool. The neighbors here now are kind of loud. Even though my neighbors around me are quiet as a mouse (and sometimes I even forget they live by me) it's the parking lot noise that is atrocious. People drive like maniacs in the parking lot and streetbikes will rev and race at night here. I think Haven needs to be more strict with their tenants of who they let live here. The facility is BEAUTIFUL though. They keep it very clean and the staff is very attentive and prompt. But like I've said in other reviews, the tenants are a part of why I'm moving out.

Disappointed ...was so excited to move in. Beautiful location and amazing staff. Ability to hear everything...amazing! Decent neighbors deal with a few things knowing they aren't perfect; I have elephants living above me from my bedroom to family room. And of course when asked to walk quieter...which I kinda get...it's gotten worse. only to hear from the office they get heavy walkers. I've lived in several apartments and was so excited because these were new, clean, beautiful and loved the staff. Was told the walls were solid because I was worried didn't want to hear every neighbor. I am in a leadership position and it's been embarrassing to ask that some mtgs start later because even with 3 fans (ceiling, tornado, and tall circulating fan) oh and bathroom fan along with keeping TV on...I hear my lovely neighbors until close to 1 or 2am to have them start off with "heavy walking early" in morning. When I can barely open my eyes. My mood had changed at work and definitely at home. Love my company as they are asking how to help and to make sure as people begin transferring in from out of state they have this place on their "no" place! Love my garage and neighbors in other bldgs but Bldg #xyz....I just want out of my lease and live in a hotel that's quieter until I can find a new home. Really sad because the crew and office staff....amazing. Just want the owner of this place to let me go so I can have a restful home again. Be careful if looking for an enjoyable friendly neighborhood. Since they cost so much there is definitely a different type of folks who live here. Sorry Manor homes....I've tried but once again I have a goof 3 hour nap ahead before I get to update our exec team on their way from ATL. So very thrilled...
