Ruchi Indian Cuisine

have been to this place atleast 3 times. Every time I am more disappointed. Food here is neither south indian not north indian. IT is inbetween so it has no taste at all. Buffet is tasteless but expensive. You will end up paying $13 per person for nothing. It is not worth it. This is the worst food I ever had in my life

Each year for New Year's Eve I take a group of family and friends to a different restaurant. This year several relatives suggested that we try an Indian Restaurant. Since I am not familiar with Indian cuisine I asked several Indian people that I work with. They suggested that I try Ruchi Overland Park. By consensus, we all decided to go there. The food and service were extraordinary. The portions were very generous. The food was very affordable. We look forward to enjoying an evening out here again soon. We just tried their lunch buffet this week and were blown away by the tremendous selection of entrees and the dessert selection. Lunch comes with both Masala Tea and or Mango Lassi at no additional charge.

The last week I have been to Ruchi Indian cuisine along with my family and got very pleased with the service and the high quality food they served us. We were almost 15 people and I am hesitating whether they can accomodate all of us at a single place. Yeah they did it without any exception even the restaurant at that moment was busy. We really enjoyed the food over there right from 'pakora' to 'double ka meeta'. Every item tasted delicious and I gotta feeling of homemade dishes back at home. I suggest everyone to visit Ruchi for the sake of care they take of us and last but not least awesome indian dishes.

WORST INDIAN FOOD I'VE EVER HAD. NOT JUST BAD SERVICE, BUT NO.SERVICE. THEY DID NOT HAVE CHICKEN TIKI MARSALA OR BASMATI RICE. THEY RAN OUT OF NAN AT LUNCH AND ONLY PROVIDED I KIND. VERY POOR SELECTION OVERALL ESPECIALLY IN THE VEGETARIAN DISHES. THE CASHIER WAS RUDE AND DID NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY CHANGE. WHEN HE DID, HE ESSENTIALLY THREW IT AT ME. GO BACK? NOT A CHANCE! THE POSITIVE NOTICES MUST HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY THE OWNER AND HIS FAMILY.

I've eaten at few Indian restaurants. I find the cuisine usually very flavorful. I'd been trying to get my husband to try Indian food for years and finally he said yes. I had never eaten at Ruchi but, I had read good reviews on it. And I knew they offered a lunch buffet, which I thought would be perfect for my husband who had never tried Indian food before. The service was very good, and the restaurant itself is very clean, decent atmosphere. I didn't care for the food. Korma is my favorite Indian dish, and theirs tasted like baby food. The food in general was very bland; I was adding gobs of salt to everything (which is not typical for Indian cuisine). Instead of lamb, they offered a goat dish, and the goat was very tough. All of the breads were good and the sauces were good, especially the coconut sauce. But I don't know if breads and sauces are worth this pricey lunch buffet (two adult buffets and two sodas $25.00). I know every one raves about this place, but I just wasn't too impressed with their food.

there last week.The name of the restaurent suites that dishes perfectly.There are some awesome dishes.After coming



to US I never had such good food.Specially Biryani and Tandoori they are superb.The buffet in the morning was very



worthful. If you felt that you were missing your mom made food then you should visit Ruchi atleast once in a week.

I am Lance .I have visited few Indian restaurent.Some of them are good, but the Ruchi Indian Restaurent,Overland park, Kansas is the best one.I really liked some ofthe dishes like malai kofta and mango chicken.They are really good and not at all spicy.They tasted good .I had tasted the keema naan which was really good.The waiters were really caring.There was a plain indian music which refreshing.Finally the best Indian restaurent in the Missouri and Kansas states.

Hi this is Ashok Jujuvarapu.I am working in sprint.I came from Hyderabad.I have visited Ruchi Indian Restaurent in Overland Park, Kansas.The food was awesome and it reminded me the tatsy South Indian food.The dosas were really excellent .The rava masala dosa was really tasty.The management was really caring.The staff was really good.I am planning to visit this restaurent this weekend with some of my American friends.
