Do not plan to go for lunch if you have a time limit and you want friendly service, you will not find it here.We went for lunch on 9-3-2008 it took 35 min. for us to get our very cold food and when we asked our extremely rude waiter what happened he said " its not my fault" and walked off before we could say anything else. We did not get any kind of apology or a discount . With our economy today customer service should be a priority and it certainly was not offered here.If our waiter should happen to read this here is a tip for you, GET A NEW JOB BECAUSE YOU SUCK AT THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Some friends and I went to The Peanut for a Friday night drink. It was the first time any of us had ever been there. While there, we played some music on the jukebox, nothing crazy, a little Elvis, some Hank William Jr. and some Johnny Cash... People were dancing..everything was good. Then, an intoxicated man who may work there or maybe he is a regular, not sure, but he decided to have the staff skip all of our songs ($5 worth) and then he played a bunch of rap music..which is fine, whatever, not the point- and the place cleared out. A bouncer then came to our table to tell us that our music wasn't welcome in their bar. I couldn't believe it! I've never been treated so poorly at an establishment where you are supposed to be having a good time! Then the man who had our songs skipped began to yell at us from the bar as if trying to start a fight and the bouncers and bar tender did nothing!

I was not at all impressed with the service, not even counting this event, and we saw almost 2 other fights almost break out in the hour we were there. I would not recommend this place if you are wanting to relax or have fun on a Friday night!
