I experience horrible customer service at Natalie M. When I first visited the store to look for bridesmaid dresses the person I spoke to had told me that all tuxes were a base price. I went in months later to actually sign my wedding party up to get tuxes because of what the employee had told me previously. When we got there, we found that this one price thing did not exist, that they had tiers like everyone else. So we chose a tux under the impression that the price we were shown was for everything needed. Come to find out, this did NOT include shoe rental, and shoes were an extra $24 for each rental. Since we were already there though, we did not object. The entire time we were in the store the person was distracted and not really paying attention to just us. We were extremely confused by the time we left. We came back 2 weeks later to get my Dad fitted, and got the same bad service. We had to wait because they said only one person in the store could take measurements, which seemed insane to me. Then while my Dad was trying to get measured, a girl kept asking the person helping us a bunch of questions and someone else was trying to get her to steam something, which distracted her further. We got no personal attention. Then we found out that each person who came in to rent their tux had to pay up in full right then, which is a problem for some people in our party. So we decided to go somewhere else after leaving. So when we called later that day to tell them we decided to go with someone else, she hung up on my fiance. So he called back to ask if she needed our name or anything and all she said was that it came up on caller ID. Distracted during our entire time in the store and rude when we cancelled. I would not use this store EVER or recommend it to anyone.
