I was very disappointed of what happened to my ring. It was something I treasured so much because it was my very first ring my father gave me and the only thing reminded me of our happy memories. They took something from me and replaced it with a fake stone. Karma is just around the corner. Whatever they took from me, 10x will be taken from them. What goes around comes around. If I could give them zero that's what my experience with them. It gives me sadness and disappointment for what they did to me.

Joslin's Jewelry is a fantastic store! I love the fact it is family owned. The staff is fantastic and Gary Joslin is one of the friendliest and jewelry savvy persons I have met. I have bought several pieces of jewelry from their store and will never go back to the chains. The prices and quality are superb and the staff are super helpful and not overbearing like you find in the chain stores.

There are no days or weeks waiting for a rhodium dip or sizing. The turnaround was the same day and I did not expect that. I also love the fact that Gary called me personally that my jewelry was ready.

Dave Carpenter introduced me to my favorite piece from Joslins....a stunning 1.73 pear diamond color D Vs2 that I purchased as a loose stone and it was set in my band that my husband had purchased from them for an existing wedding diamond. They also set my original wedding marquise in a pendant with chain necklace at no cost. I was shocked and so happy at the same time. Dave was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and also appraised all of my jewelry. He also suggested a great insurance carrier which happens to be Joslins carrier.

Folks, don't waste time at those 'chains'!! Joslins is your jewelry store!! All of the staff are GREAT! I highly recommend you stop in and meet the staff and check out their jewelry.

I highly recommend this place for jewelry purchases and repairs. They stand behind their work! The repair of my ring came out better than the original! Very welcoming and wonderful place to go!

I have been in the store a number of times for different reasons and have ALWAYS received the best service. They won't sell you a piece of jewelry unless it truley "fits" you. I wanted to buy a gold chain once and was told that the chain I was wanting to replace was fine and they suggested I have it repaired. I wanted to buy an anniversary ring to go with my wedding band, and the owner did not feel my finger would accomodate another ring. My husband bought me an anniversary ring for Christmas. They agreed to exchange it for another one, and was very agreeable in the pricing on the exchange. I love this store, and all the employees who work there. A true neighborhood feel and service!
