Quality poor... service dept worse! White glove delivery service over rated. I will never shop there ever in life again after the treatment I recieved with service dept. Messages sent thru 3rd party...lack of customer service on a whole new level of terrible. I wish someone with some real authority would've spoke with me regarding the 6month long issues i experienced but that would be asking for too much from them as a company I suppose?

I had a wonderful experience with Funiture Deals the prodress was really quick and easy I love they fact that there was a payment plan option that didnt require a credit check my furniture arrived on the date that was set on time as the reminders were sent the gentlemen worked really fast and were extremely friendly I appreciated the great customer service shown from the whole team will definitely be back to make another purchase or 2 .....I love my new bed which makes me an over all satisfied customer 😍

Due to a housefire, we lost almost every piece of furniture in our home -- we have slowly been replacing those items (every month or two as is affordable), and each time we find everything we need at Furniture Deals! They have a great selection for a good price -- the furniture is so nice and comfortable. Their delivery time is incredibly fast -- usually calling ahead to see if we would like an even earlier arrival than promised, and the delivery people are extremely polite, and careful bringing the furniture into our home, never scratching anything. They even delivered our heavy dining room set the day after an icestorm when the windchill was 10 below 0. Great place to buy furniture, great selection, and great customer service from the delivery people to the associates who call to make sure we were happy with our furniture and the whole delivery experience!

The individual that delivered and set up my furniture was courteous and very professional. My selection of furniture look better than I expected. Furniture Deals employees were very efficient and professional. My entire experience was great!

This was my second buy from Furniture Deals in Belton. The whole staff in-store was pleasant, helpful, and made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. Overall a good experience ! The salesman at the store was by far the best out of the four places I went to in Kansas City . Delivery was quick they were careful clean and courteous. I Will definitely return to buy more merchandise.
