A great card shop for kids to hang out and play Pokemon. My 2 kids have been coming here for years and love Collector's Cache. The family that owns this business truly cares about their customers and have always made my kids feel special. A well deserved 5 stars. Keep up the good work guys!
This store will either be good or bad considering what type of customer you are. If you are an avid card collector and want to take place in tournaments or find that special card, then this place is for you! If you are more of the casual collector and just want to browse then it can be more difficult. If you don't know exactly what you want then browsing is difficult. They keep all the cards on the back wall behind the counter and you may find yourself straining to lean over the counter to see what they have. They do have some items in the glass counter, so that can help sometimes. But if they are busy then browsing becomes nearly impossible since the staff is too busy to be pulling cards off the back wall every few minutes. The staff was so-so. At times I felt invisible and the cashier didn't seem to acknowledge anything but my debit card. We went during a card tournament, so perhaps this was a factor, but the tournament seemed to be running mostly on its own and I don't think this was a big factor in the experience. My advice? Go there if you know what you want, want to really get into the card tournament "scene", or are looking for that special item. Though if you are a browser, there are many other places where you can get the same items with better service.

These guys have been around longer than all the other mom and pop shops in KC and for good reason. I started playing Pokemon back when it came out and here they are today still carrying it! The pokemon community is great there, lots of long time vets (10+ years.) I've always got a long with the staff, and their selection and prices are really incredible. Keep it up team cache!
