I really wanted to love this place based on the reviews, but I didn't see the hype. I ordered my usual fav Chicken Parm. And it was just ok, cooked right but the taste wasn't the best I've ever had. I also ordered a side of steamed broccoli and it was just so/so.. A little over done and not much flavor. However, my boyfriend ordered a Mia sized Garbage Truck pizza (ha nice name I know) and he LOVED it and wants to go back, so maybe I just missed out because I didn't try their wood fire grilled pizzas! We sat outside on a cute little patio over looking some trees, they had some flowers in planters next to each table, which of course attracted bees, so we had a guest with us most of our lunch.. I was not a fan! So we will be eating indoors next time. I'm willing to go back and see if my opinion of this place changes. So maybe I will be updating this review in the near future

From Business: The word Yia Yia means grandmother in Greek and if your grandmother is anything like ours, she loves to cook and loves a day off even more. Everyone here at Yia Yia…
My husband, my daughter, and I just ate here. The service wasn't the greatest. It took a while for someone to come over to us just to get our drink order. I didn't really care for the atmosphere. It was filled with senior citizens and smelled like a nursing home. And the wait staff kind of ignored us to cater to the old people. Which makes no sense. I spent many years in my early twenties waiting tables at many different restaurants, and adults in their thirties and forties almost always tip better than senior citizens. But the food was awesome. The food was so much better than the typical Italian chains. I would go back to try it again, maybe on different day of the week. We went on a Sunday evening, so maybe there would be a different crowd there on another night.
Our family loves Cinzettis. We take advantage of the kids eat free nights. The food is delicious and how it is presented makes every other "all you can eat place" feel like yesterdays leftovers. The only problem I have when I go is I have a hard time getting past the brushetta and when I do it is salad heaven. Their pizza is delicious and their entrees are mouth watering. Pasta and fresh fruit crepes can be made to order and you can call ahead so you are never waiting more than 10 minutes. Don't even get me started on the desert. Where are my wallet and keys.......?
