I won a jacket as a special award from work. My wife took it in to have my name embroidered on it. D-O-N. They spelled it as Dan. After I noticed the mistake, she took it back for them to redo it. They had to cover it with a patch and did a crappy job. They spelled it right but the letters look sloppy and uneven. Plus, they charged her again!! I will definitely go somewhere else from now on.
