        Overall

        Cancelled service in October. Still getting billed. Now getting late bills for service. Im At the end of my rope here. I cannot talk to the same people and it’s been just awful. Aside from talking to a lawyer, I don’t know what to do.

        I’m now assured again that I owe no money, so hopefully this is the end of it. Thank you.
