I had a VERY good experience here just recently. I purchased a 2005 Cobalt that was in very good condition cosmetically and mechanically from the sales guy Scott. I recall him working for the place with the yellow smiley face on Jackson and recognized him right away. He was very helpful, made sure I was happy and that the car was clean and ready when I picked it up, and the mechanic made sure that everything was working as it should. During the test drive I found the car to be like brand new and it only had 60,miles on it. I will definitely be back to Lorens for my next vehicle and encourage anyone looking for a used car to go and see Scott there. I even got a 5 year warranty good for 100,000 miles for free!!!
