Custom Heating And Cooling

I had Custom Heating and Cooling install my Air Conditioning when we bought our house. We thought it was a little over priced but were new to home ownership. We asked the tech to connect an air duct and he said no problem. He charged $179 to connect that line. That price surprised us a bit.



Years later the main board went out on our furnace. Carl the owner came this time. He had to order the new card. No Issue there. A couple days later he showed up with the new card. It was slightly different so he spent and extra hour and a half trying to figure it out. The sad thing about that is he charged us for the time that he spent scratching his head. A good tech would have figured it out quickly and certainly wouldn't have charged us for the incompetence trying to figure it out. We let that go and paid the bill



The final straw came when our furnace finally died in 2014. It was about 11:00PM. I called and left a message. Carl called back and sounded rather annoyed that I was bothered him. I told him I would call him back, I called Wesley Heating and Cooling. They were professional and came right out. Our furnace was dead so they helped us get a new one installed the next day. They left heaters to keep our house warm. It's was night and day between the two companies.



After all this I came across a video of Carl Sosnoski(Owner) threatening a Walker recall petition collector. We didn't need someone like that in our home. Just my opinion but there are much better, more professional Heating and Cooling places to go.

I had Custom Heating & Cooling install a furnace and air conditioner for my mothers house and they did a great job. Removed the old furnace and disposed of it. Cleaned up when the job was done.

Have not had a single problem with either one since they were installed.

Good people. Would have them do work for me again.

Rude and unprofessional. One gentlemen, in his work truck, drove like a complete idiot, then flipped me off. When confronted, he made death threats. Some folks have bad days, but this was uncalled for.
