        Overall

        terrible terrible terrible !!!! badly installed hickory floor that buckled badly. Refused to back it up and now, two years and thousands of dollars invested in a premium floor, it is badly buckled. Tried to blame the customer and the general contractor. No support or conscience. would give zero stars if possible.
