        Well run mobile home and RV park, Clean, quiet, the manager is good. Very well taken care of and nice neighbors, very near the new factory being built and nice laundry room.

        Overall

        Obvious the new owners are spending $ upgrading the park. Maintenance level night & day better than in the past. On site manager is also long-term tenant and really cares about his neighbors and the park. Agree with superbee1, its a nice place to live!
