Amazing, and this is the only shop that i will ever go to! Zak was my artist, and he is amazing!! And I would recommend Zak to every person i meet.

As I always do, I sought out a local and asked asked where to go for a tat. I wanted quality over low price. Tropical Tattoo was recommended and I'm happy that I followed the advice.

I had two things I wanted done.., a reworking of a tat that I've called 'two fish in a beach ball' that was meant to be the earth and yin/yang and a snake coiled around my arm.

As there wasn't time for both, I chose the rework. Ron Gray was the tat artist and he did a fantastic freehand reworking of the fish tat.

Everyone there was friendly, smiling, professional and talented. Definitely worth the $240 for 1.5 hours. Quality is the key.
I'd drive down from Northern Virginia for my next ink, seriously.

My boyfriend and I went to Tropical and got matching tattoos, and Clay did an amazing job on them both. They look awesome and perfect. We'll definitely be back for more! :-)

If you are looking for the perfect Tattoo shop to go to. well Tropical Tattoo is the place to go. My friend and I went and I had a cover up done. My friend had a horse on her ankle... The atrist are Nate, Pete , Ron, Clay, Zak and Joe. I suggest that you go in look at the art on all the walls and find your artist. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The shop was clean and everyone was happy. I felt comfortable and the guys were professional. Thanks Tropical Tattoo and Mr. Willie for an awesome experience... highly recommend...

This is the most professional and talented place that I've gotten a tattoo. We looked up reviews and decided to go here on sunday. My husband had his first tattoo (at age 50) and he was very impressed. The workmanship was fabulous and he felt very relaxed and comfortable with Clay. I had Zak and he did the most beautiful dragon and the detail... wow. I have had a few complements already. Although, we live in ontario Canada, we are now planning our next trip to florida so we can get another tattoo. This is a place I would recommend to anyone. The quality and no pressure sales, the way the staff make you feel relaxed and comfortable was reassuring.

Definitely go here for the best tatttoo! Nate was the artist who did my tattoo and it came out awesome! The shop is super sterile and everyone is very nice.

This was my first tattoo and cant wait for more.I was recomended to Tropical Tattoo by a friend of mine who has many tattoos that have looked awsome for years. He said that this was the only place to go.

My tattoo artist Joe was very patient with all my ideas. After changing my mind on a few things, he was very professional in asuring me the outcome would be what i was looking for. He even colored a little bit of it to relax me. Now i have a beautifull pin-up girl that rocks. Thanks Joe. Tropical is the place to go. Good clean place. Good clean artists.

This shop is great. The guys that work at Tropical are first rate artist and the shop is as clean as a doctors office. I've been to a lot of tattoo shops all around the country and this place by far is one of the best. The artists are friendly and make you feel that your tattoo , no matter if it's a small one or a large piece, are equally important. My tattoo, a traditional Japanese coy fish, came out great. I'll definitely be back for more.
