I was referred to the business when my Dyson had an issue. Dyson sent me here to have my vacuum checked out... And I'm really glad they did! The family that runs, and I assume owns, the business was great. I was unhappy about my Dysons performance and the brand in general. The wife showed me several options they had in store and explained the performance issue with my Dyson (I have two rugs in my house and it takes me 15 minutes a piece to clean them!) After speaking with the husband, when I picked my vacuum up, he also told me about the cleaning products they make in house. I am super ocd and like my things/house a certain way. I also have dogs who occasionally have accidents. I will be purchasing nothing except for their cleaning products. I also support local businesses especially when the owners are genuinely good people and just tell you like it is and do not pressure you to buy or upgrade. I am so thankful for my crummy Dyson and getting to meet these wonderful people!
