I became a first time patient of Lens Crafters on Thursday, June 4th located at the 891 N. Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32828 (store # 01634). I understand that customers usually write, email, or call when they have complaints, but I believe that companies should also receive feedback when they provide excellent services and/or products. Upon arrival I was cordially greeted by opticians working in the front area of the store who directed me to the optometrist location towards the rear of the store. I was very pleased with how inviting and attentive Dr. Tucker was. She educated me on my eye needs and discussed various available contact lenses options available to me. Her assistant, Jamie Milia was also very courteous and professional and they seem to work very well as a team. I had to take time out of my day to provide feedback because I have always had very poor vision since age 4 which resulted in me shying away from having yearly exams as in which everyone should do, but Dr. Tucker made me feel very welcome and like I was no different from any of her other patients and I greatly appreciate the exceptional service her and Jamie provided me with. I will also be returning to her office faithfully on a yearly basis to have my eyes examined and to purchase new contact lenses. If you work or attend school in the Waterford Lakes area, I highly recommend having your eyes examined for glasses and/or glasses by Dr. Tucker. She's will make you feel as though you're her only patient.
As an older person, I have had my eyes checked more times than I can remember all over the country. When I came to FL I was fortunate enough to learn about Dr. Yager and received, what I consider, the best eye exam I had ever had. In addition, Dr. Yager took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure I understood the results. Since that time I have also had my eyes checked by one of his associated, Dr. Beetle and she also ensures that a quality exam is given. I recommend, without hesitation, to anyone who asks me for the name of a good eye doctor. To make it even better, they have Optical Illusions as part of the practice so I can walk across the room and pick from am impressive array of frames and order my new glasses all at the same time. Since I cannot truly see how I look in glasses unless they have the right prescription, I rely heavily upon the staff of Opical Illusions to tell me which frames look best. They are always right on target.
I just recently had my eye check up at Eyenona. It was a great expereince! The staff was very nice and informative an the Dr was very knowledgeable. I was presented with many prescription options I had never known about before. I never knew that there were lenses that could help with light sencitivity, or uv protection, or tha there were so many different progressive lenses. After learning about all this I decided to try some of the new digitally made Progressives. They truly made my vision seem like it had HD effect. And they did not have as much distortion on the sides as some of my previous progressives glasses had. I am really happy wiht my new glasses!
