It is not unusual these days to receive mediocre or bad service at facilities which should set the bar standard for good service. You shine in this department - from the good natured and helpful people at the reception, to specifically JP in the MRI area, and your manager. JP was patient, helpful and so comforting to me who was extremely nervous, though my husband was by my side. Thank you all for representing your facility in such a wonderful manner. Penny S. Lewis
Doctors do not get kickbacks for referring a patient to a radiology center. It is your insurance company that is the problem or you did not read the fine print in your manual from cigna concerning your coverage.It is your responsibility to know your plan not the doctors fault.
I got a back X-ray at FRi and they were great! Quick and easy. I don't have time to waste and they assisted me in getting back to more important things.
