my experience with Carl black myselg I was wonderful my finance guy was wonderful but I have learned do not buy a car at night time a used car. I bought a used Mercedes from the dealership the car was just put on the line they didn't know or oil change no fluid check nothing and then I realize that the two front tires were almost bald so now have to spend money on a new car to me plus oil change for a Mercedes we all know how much that cost. if you're searching for a vehicle and you wait until late be safe and just come in daylight where you can thoroughly inspect the used vehicle. these issues would not have stopped me from purchasing the car but I would have been able to negotiate a little bit better because this is money I have to spend and I have not even had the car long. But the sales team did their job

In this day and age it is very difficult to find a company that stands behind they're work and still believes in customer service before and after the sale. Massey Cadillac surely knows that the customer is still a important part of they're success now and in the future and has always been there to help me with my automotive needs and for that I have been a customer for the past 20 years and will continue to be for many more years. Thanks to the General Manager Bill Hull and the Service Manager Billy Waddle along with they're entire staff for making one of the most expensive purchases that we as individuals make in our life a more enjoyable experience before,during and after the sale. Fast and courteous service on my 2014 SRX today. Your dealership is great! I own two Cadillacs from Massey South. So, I've had lots of interactions with various sales and service people over the last three years. I would have to give them a 99% satisfaction rating. Sure they may have a busy day or even an off day, but I've never in my over 50 years of buying cars had a dealership work so hard to keep me happy. I am sorry some people have had a bad experience dealing with Massey Cadillac, but this is certainly not the norm. I would say to them, please talk to the General Manager of the dealership-in person if possible- and let them know about your experience and I can guarantee they will make it right.
The shop guy troy really helped me out. My car dashboard lights came on and my car started to drive rough. I called the massey Cadillac dealership and they got me in even though it was last minute and the shop was about to close. I was in a crisis and I had the best service I've ever had. I was even given a rental because my car ended up needing a alternator. I was so pleased with how quickly my car was fixed, the shop kept in touch with me about pricing and my warranty. Everything was just PERFECT. Troy Wright at the orlando location on OBT was the person who helped me and I'm beyond thankful.GREAT SERVICE! I will no longer take my car to GMC for services. Massey Cadillac will service all my needs.
I most boast about the beyond excellent customer service I received at Massey Cadillac from Melinda Edwards. I called 6, yes 6, Cadillac dealerships looking for deal. No one beat the price (not even close) Massey gave me on my new 2016 Cadillac ATS. I even was told from an Audi dealer to go to Cadillac, that I had a solid steal deal. Poor salesmanship, but hey I was certainly told the truth. Melinda returned all my phone calles in a timely manner and made what I was looking for, happen. No hesitation and great follow ups. I was so impressed. Now, because of her I am driving a beautiful Cadillac Ats. Thank you Melinda Edwards and Massey Cadillac North.
Someone recommended this company to me and I'm glad they did. They were quick, knowledgeable and their price was very reasonable. The first time I called them it was to run and setup my electricity for my hot tub (which takes 220v) and they did a great job. I have then used them 2 more times to run and install recess lighting, 1 fan and 2 new outlets at our home and everything went well. Great company!!!
Just had my pool enclosure screened for my homeowners insurance. I called a few companies but jon at florida rescreen seemed the most honest not trying to oversell like the other guys did. I did my private pilot training with Flight Ready and absolutely loved it! They were all very helpful and went above and beyond what I had anticipated. Everybody made sure that I was ready for my practical test and I even made some good friends in the process. I recommend anybody who is interested in flight training to give them a try. Im going back for my instrument add-on.

big fan of these guys. i went to the orlando idol event last month held at ford of clermont and saw them in action. anything you need as far as advertising or special events they'll handle everything.
