Wandering Stitches

After buying their top-of-the-line Bernina, I took it up for a repair. It was there for a month and still not repaired. I called the store every week to check on the status and was simply informed, "the part did not come in yet." I told them to get my machine ready because I was going to pick it up within an hour. The repairman's comment was, "Not a problem". I took my machine to another dealership and it was repaired in two days!!! I would never recommend this store to anyone! Kay K

The biggest and nicest store in the area! The staff are great! Learned to use my Bernina and was amazed at how much it could do. Classes are really fun. I take all my out of town visitors in to see them.

I got my Bernina used and took it to Wandering Stitches for service. I expected them to be snobs because of it being a Bernina place, but I was wrong. Everybody there was so sweet and warm, the prices were fair, and the selection of fabric is bust amazing. They didn't bad mouth other machine brands or other quilt shops at all. They have too much of their own awesomeness going on to be that petty.... truly, the facility is beautiful and the people rock.... give it a try! Fanimly owned business too!

She badmouths other area shops and I quote" may as well give me the fabric then run a charge for 7.00" is she kissing? I own a business and fees for that are about 40 cents..I will be spreading the word among my sewing and quilting friends to avoid this store.
