Since I've been waiting for an hour, and there's no end in sight, I figured I'd write a review.
I called on Wednesday to make an appointment for Saturday, and gave the receptionist all my insurance information. When I got here today, the office had no record of me, my appointment, or my insurance information. Because they have no record of me, I am now a "walk in" patient. If I wasn't leaving on my honeymoon tomorrow and if being able to see wasn't important to me, I would have just rescheduled. Instead, I am sitting here being ignored by the same receptionist who didn't even apologize for her offices mistake.
In short, the office staff are rude and unorganized.
