Best place to your family with you for fun rides. I visited this park with my family last week. The shows, street performances & rides are well set up & so much fun. The park is clean and the staff are very knowledgeable about the park and very helpful. The park has something for every age. Universal Orlando is fun, the rides are very exiting, We had great fun and we will back! Highly recommended!

Parking rip off

I was planning to see a movie and lunch with my husband. I know visiting Universal is not cheap, but when they wanted to charge $15 for parking, with no validation, I was stunned. I turned around and went to another theater.

A Waste of Time & Money

We visited Universal and spent the day standing in long lines. It is obvious that Universal has cut staff to save money. I have a problem with that when it becomes obvious that you can never justify spending their admission price for how you will be limited in what you can do and see. Then they have the audacity to suggest that you might want to pay an additional fee for an "Express Pass" to get into attractions somewhat faster. Well, whether you have the regular admission pass or the express wouldn't make a lot of difference when many of the rides were experiencing technical difficulties. We stood in one line for 45 minutes only to be told the ride was down. It would be understandable if it didn't happen repeatedly at different rides. We even stood in long lines to buy water and another for ice cream. The dolts that manage that place will probably read this and think the solution is to market an express pass for the water and ice cream lines.
Do yourself a favor spend your time and money elsewhere.

Amazing Vacation

I've been to Universal Orlando twice with my family. Once when I was 9, the other time when I was 11. We're returning this summer after six long years, and I am stoked. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure is the most fun, exciting, and enjoyable place I've ever been to. The detail they've put into every aspect, the awesome rides, and the extremely cool, night-life ambiance of CityWalk make Universal Orlando one hot vacation spot for people of all ages. Seriously, there is something for EVERYbody here. Even when I was little and terrified of roller coasters, I had a blast. So for your next family vacation, definitely consider Universal Orlando. You won't be the least bit sorry!

Great Fun!!

I LOVE this place! I love the original park with the Men in Black ride, the Mummy rollercoaster, the Jurassic Park water ride, and all of the others! I also love Islands of Adventure park with the Marvel comics rides, even though I'm not into comic book characters at all. I finally went on Doctor Doom's Fearfall and LOVED it! It scares me to death, but I love it! I even get kinda sick on rollercoasters, so I don't do on The Hulk (people who are kinda big around can't fit on that ride, too, which I don't like because I could go on all of the other rides). I liked Spiderman and the other rides, too. Halloween Horror Nights is the BEST! Even if I don't get there all year, I'll be sure to get to Halloween Horror nights every year! I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Bad bartender

A short blonde skinny bartender that forgot he was in the service industry ruined our groups fun .We waited for 30 minutes as he served other people and ignored us .Then when we got his attention he was rude.arrogant, and disrespectful. My group goes to city walk on a monthly basis and spends thousands when we go.We will visit all clubs but the Latin Quarter after the experience with this bartender

Ok but could treat customers with more respect

This place is kinda good for the most part. They are kinda expensive but thats not surprising seeing how its at Citywalk. I do however believe that Universal security staff is rude and overly controlling. Make sure if you are under 21 dont try going there after 8pm otherwise they make you wait in a kiddie area in the parking garage to get escorted to the movies. yes I am 20 years old, a leagal adult, can smoke, drive, and die for my country but cant go see a movie without getting ""escorted"" by a $7 an hour security guard. Makes you feel liek a very unrespected customer.

Awesome outdoor gathering spot

Ok, as a visitor every few years, one of my favorite destinations is Orlando's Citywalk. Typically this kind of place ain't my thing, but for some reason, I enjoy the grand open space of the Citywalk for dining and people watching. I personally skip the stores as they all seem aimed at cheese or else are way overpriced for merchandise you can get elsewhere. But grab a latte and park yourself down in the sun and it's perfect for soaking in that most interesting of animals, humans. Nearby (read, attached) are some great amusement parks too...go for Islands of Adventure to avoid the bore. Hard Rock Cafe across the lagoon won't steer you wrong either for a hearty American meal. Only downsides are the parking and the fact that this place is in the middle of bonking nowhere.

Best theme park EVER!

I live near Tampa, but wouldn't go to Busch Gardens if someone gave me a free ticket. I'd pass up any other park to be able to go to Universal Studios in Orlando, FL! I LOVE that place!
