A Waste of Time &amp; Money
We visited Universal and spent the day standing in long lines. It is obvious that Universal has cut staff to save money. I have a problem with that when it becomes obvious that you can never justify spending their admission price for how you will be limited in what you can do and see. Then they have the audacity to suggest that you might want to pay an additional fee for an "Express Pass" to get into attractions somewhat faster. Well, whether you have the regular admission pass or the express wouldn't make a lot of difference when many of the rides were experiencing technical difficulties. We stood in one line for 45 minutes only to be told the ride was down. It would be understandable if it didn't happen repeatedly at different rides. We even stood in long lines to buy water and another for ice cream. The dolts that manage that place will probably read this and think the solution is to market an express pass for the water and ice cream lines.
Do yourself a favor spend your time and money elsewhere.
