Truly Nolen

So impressed, it started at the very begining with a phone call to confirm my appt. the professional total home inspector was very courteous and arrived on time and thanked me for the opportunity to help me.The inspector asked me how I heard about Truly Nolen Pest Control he explained most people are refered, He then asked me to come along or he could take pictures on his ipad of issues he found. I elected to come along and I am glad I did.He conducted the most thorough pest,termite,lawn/shrub,rodent, insulation inspection I ever had! After the the inspection we sat down and he explained the issues found then offered solutions.I signed up for the services needed and he asked if I knew any family or friends Truly Nolen could help and I provided three family members to call to arrange a complimentary inspections,he explained per person that becomes a Truly Nolen customer I will receive a 25.00 visa card per referral,wow they really care about adding value to peoples lives they did to mine, they are"Truly" the best!!!❤

When I opted to use their services I went with them for the name. I thought that they had been in business for some time and would do the trick. Previous to them in the past I had tried two other companies but only when I had a problem who worked fine (they did the trick and then I didn't need servies again for several years in-between). I paid for a year with Truly Nolan up front. I have never been able to resolve the pest situation since I have had them and they never call to schedule appointments. They should contact you once per month to schedule a visit and they just don't call at all. And they don't get rid of the pest problem. I wouldn't recommend their services to any of my friends. I also later found out from a friend, that she used them and thought the same thing.
