Honest, friendly, fast, professional service. Employees know what they are doing and are more than happy to help you shop their best price. Too often these kind of services try to get as much money out of you and get you out without doing a thorough job. Not these guys. When I first got there I bought tires paid over 700 hundred for them price was decent for the brand the guys were pretty cool I drove away a happy customer that is until a day later my tire pressure monitoring system kept throwing codes I almost instantly knew what it was one of my sensors was broken buy one of the guys that changed my tires went to the shop was told there's nothing they can do about it unless I paid for the sensor not good business practices at all how is it that I have to pay for something one of your installers broken I will not be going back to this place and will also let everyone that I kno and care about also not to do business with tropical tire cause if anything happens in the process while changing tires or rims it will not be taken care of even if they broke it

This was an (unfortunatley) very rare example of STELLAR customer service for me. I spoke with Mark about a tire I needed for my wife's car, a donut spare that would fit in the wheel well because her's was misplaced. After a few days and a few conversations with him, he tracked down this tire for me. It wasn't even his shop that had it. He reffered me to a competitor just because they had it. He did'nt make a DOLLAR off all his time and effort. If that isnt customer service, I dont know what is. HIGHLY RECOMEND!!! I forgot to mention, Mark was calling ME back, not the other way around. When does that happen?
Great to do business with. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. He gave us the best price that we could find. I would definitely recommend them.
