What ever you put in, they will charge you for Unneeded work/parts.

They charge you just to get an estimate here.

Took my snapper 33 in for a blade and transmission problem. All it was was a rubber gasket and the total was $63.00, in 4 days! I don't understand these other comments! Great people and very nice to deal with.

Took our 3 1/2 yr. old Snapper (bought from Thrailkill) on 1/23/12. Today is 2/27/12 and still do not have it back. They claim that they are still waiting on a part for the repair. We are extremely disappointed with this whole situation. Why sell a mower that repair parts are not available for?

I took my mower in for repair and was told that it would only take a week. After two weeks, I called and was told that it was next in line. I continued calling them because the business never contacted me. I finally received the mower a month later. The mower did work once, then never started a second time. I was told that there was no warranty. So, I took it somewhere else and will continue to do so. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They do not stand behind their repairs. Took weedeater in and when I got it back from them, Gas poured out of the housing. Returned to let them repair it and they refused to repair their mistake. I would never use this buisness!!!!

Never take your mower to Thrailkill for repairs. They charged me for work never done and refused to acknowledge it after I brought it to their attention. The owner was completely unable or unwilling to understand why I would be upset for their utterly poor customer service. My mower sat in their shop for almost 3 weeks waiting to be repaired. I had to call them many times to find out the status. Each time they promissed to call back, but never did. Find somewhere eles to have your lawn equipment repaired.
