Terminix

Awful. I don't know if Terminix trains their field reps to believe that every issue is a drywood termite problem or if the field reps think we are all idiots. We had old termite damage caused by subterranean termites 8 years ago. The rep told us we had a drywood termite infestation (even though there was not a single termite, living or dead anywhere to be found). He insisted that we tent the house for 3 days for close to $2000. We've had 4 other pest control companies out that were honest, and told us that the damage was old and there were no current living termites damaging the wood, and recommended the one time termidor treatment with an 8 year bond. This rep was pushy, tried to insist we sign a contract (after reading the contract we found that half of what he told us was contradicted in their own contract!). Either very dishonest or very mistrained company. Would never refer. **IN ADDITION, the contract they give you tells you that if you cancel, you have to do so per their cancelation form and have it to their office before midnight of the third business day. Their rep told us t hat there was no penalty and we could cancel at anytime. READ FINE PRINT CAREFULLY!

Had german termites and they got rid of them almost immediately, it took a couple of weeks but they keep coming back at no extra charge and did the job right!!!!
