        Customer Service Stinks!

        I'm sorry (to the great employees that are currently work there) but it surely takes one bad apple to ruin it for the bunch! Does it really hurt to help people when its suppose to be your job? Somebody from corporate needs to get on the phone or visit your black (i'm not racist i'm black too) manager or supervisor she was working on 10/23 @ 12pm! If you run the surviellence tape you'll see her running around the store doing whatever she does then is call over to answer a question on a phone which prompt this bad review! The ghetto in me wanted to go to target and act a straight fool with this lady but professionalism obviously held me back! I wont shop @ that store anymore I'd rather drive a couple of miles to another target store at least 7501 W.Colonial knows how to keep its customers! It took me a while to understand how to post my review for the simple fact I wanted to continue with no stars! Yellow pages gave you a star!

        SPORTING GOODS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

        SHORT AND SWEET, I WANTED TO BUY A PAIR OF SKATES FOR MY LITTLE GIRL. I ASKED A NICE GENTLEMAN

        IN A DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT IF HE COULD FIND SOMEONE FROM SPORTING GOODS TO HELP ME. HE CALLED FROM HIS PHONE AND ON THE OTHER SIDE THERE WAS A MAN WHO WAVED HIS ARM SIGNALING ME TO WALK TOWARD HIM. WHEN MY WIFE GOT CLOSE TO HIM, HE WAS TALKING TO ANOTHER ASSOCIATE. BOTH STARTED WALKING AWAY FROM US AND DID NOT EVEN HAVE TO HUMAN DECENCY TO ACKNOWLEDGE US. THIS HAPPENED ON SUNDAY, 01/11/2009 AT APPROXIMATELY 5:11 PM.
