This is the cheapest car rental on the market for a simple reason. THEY STEEL MONEY FROM YOU!!!!!
I paid online and refused their insurance. When I came to their facility to pick up the car I refused their insurance again. They had me sign on signature pad (without being able to see the contract) that I agree to pay $200 deposit. Didn't give me any paper contract only said they will mail it to me once I return the car. Few weeks later I got charge on my credit card for $420. They said it was for purchasing their insurance which I refused twice. Please be aware. This never happened to me before anywhere else.

We got completely scammed by this company and paid twice what was advertised on expedia. Dont take their shuttle, stay at the airport with the regular dealers

Avoid at all cost! Had to take the 3rd bus to the airport (first two full.) Driver dropped us off at terminal A despite my protest. Had to walk all the way to B. Return even worse. Call answered by machine saying wait at B12. B12 has signs "all parking moved to B35". Finally got a live person on phone who said B35. Next bus came to B35, but was full after stopped at B12; driver said go back to B12 (1st stop). Back to B12, lots of people in chaos. Short of pushing and shoving, we got on the next one sitting on each other's laps, leaving many others behind. Back at the lot, same confusion/chaos. They finally got my ticket, but couldn't find my key for an hour. I then asked to go through their keys myself. Still couldn't find it. Another guy with lost key was taking a rental, but I live an hour away and hate to swap the car later. Saw a lady taking pic of her car damaged after parking here, so I went to inspect my car, and saw my key inside my car! We landed at 3:40pm, got my car at 6pm.

terrible place to rent from. they force you to take their insurance and the toll package which you don't need. this ramps up the price by double to triple what they quoted

Not recommend this company. After 2 hours waiting, I failed rent a car. they was blame me because I was late 2 hours. The reason I was late because I missed 4 times their shuttle bus. Now they didn't want to refund my deposit back. Worse experience.

Damien was my rep. He asked me if I wanted to purchase their toll pass. I said no we will pay tolls cash and we come here often. He saw my 3 year old and asked me if I wanted a car seat and I said no that I brought one with me. Then the shenanigans started. He asked me if I wanted their insurance coverage. I said no. Then he asked to see a copy of my insurance policy with coverages and deductible amounts listed. This was a first and I pulled up my entire auto policy on my phone. He looked shocked and said that if I didn't want to show him I could just pay for their coverage. Then he said the hold on my credit card is $1,000. I rent vehicles frequently and have never had a $1,000 credit card hold. After a hour plus, we finally got our rental vehicle and paid $66. Total including all taxes. I had to have a credit card hold of $1,000. Do not rent from this place. But in the end I held my ground and did not pay for any additional coverages. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!

No clear disclosure of hidden fees on this site, I spent the extra 15 a day to buy the insurance offered throughOrbitz .I proved that I had purchased extra protection through Orbitz, This was not good enough for Signature. Quote from sales guy, Daniel, complete with snarky tone "That insurance may be good enough for you, but it's not good enough for us!"When I expressed my humourous shock (I chuckled and said "it seems this happens a lot", as 3 customers had left in only the 10 minutes I was there, obviouosly all of them very upset with the hidden fees and terrible cutomer service), Daniel, this young, aggressive sales associate, began to harshly "reprimand" me for having the nerve to insult him. The situation went from calm to extremely hostile all on the part of his actions. When I pointed out that this was no way to treat a customer, that his off-putting, contentious defenses to my simple bemused demeanour were not acceptable, he gave me an ultimatum: do what I say or leave.

Worst car rental experience of my life, and that includes quite a few third world countries. Bait and switch tactics, they will not honor the reservation price, and Bianca Lafontaine is possibly the rudest human being (that's actually somewhat in doubt...) that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. One star is too many. Stay away. Stay very far away!

1 star is just too much for these people! Worst rental ever! I´ve been renting cars in Orlando 3 times a year for the last 5 years and this was my first bad experience. These guys obligate you to get all the extra insurances, deliver your car with an empty tank (if you return it with a full tank they don´t pay you back) and charge you extra in your credit card. Awful experience! They go under the name of Economy Rent a car.

Horrible experience, over 1 hour wait and then extra charges ($20 per day) for not having proof of insurance coverage, printed out with you, they will not talk to your insurance company on the phone, they will not accept a fax or internet proof. Total scam.
