Ruff Ruff Grooming

Gracie is a 75 lb. labradoodle with anxiety issues. I was new to the area and I needed to find a reliable groomer. The last groomer shaved her so close, her skin was raw. After reading the reviews and speaking with David and Eduardo, I hoped Runway Grooming (previously known as Ruff Ruff Grooming) would be the right choice. Gracie can be a challenge but Brenda exceeded my expectations and Gracie never looked so good.
I would highly recommend them.

It is very refreshing knowing that our dog, Jackson, loves Mel as much as we do. I have known Mel and her husband for many years. Their love for pets goes unquestioned by anyone that knows them. It is unfortunate that this individual, "David A Miller", would say such slanderous and liable statements. I, too, happen to believe that this is a former employer or former coworker, who is just trying to make trouble for Mel. They were very unprofessional to Mel when she left them and they appear to still be acting very unprofessional. Mel, keep doing a great job and I look forward to you taking care of my parents' dog, Barker, real soon. Thanks for loving dogs!!

Don’t even consider the DavidAMiller review. I am betting, that someone who owns, or works at the grooming shop where Melanie use to work posted this comment. They are mad and jealous that she is doing so well on her own. Melanie was well trained by a professional groomer who only knows how to show love to dogs. Melanie is the only one who I would trust my 11 year old Westie who is blind in one eye to groom. If you haven’t experience Ruff Ruff, you owe it to your pet to stop by. This is one nice place for all your pet grooming needs.

My 2 toy poodles are happy at RuffRuff and they're not locked in cages the whole time they're there. They are soooo loved by Melanie and the staff they actually enjoy going for grooming. I have never seen a place that loves the pets so much and shows it.

I have referred many people to RuffRuff and every one of them loves it !! It is so clean you can eat off the floors. You will be very happy with this pet salon.

You're dog could not be in better, loving hands ANYWHERE else!!! Melanie and other 2 wonderful groomers treat my little Ally as if she were their own. Melanie has been grooming by dog for 6 years now and I would never consider taking her any where else. Ally is now deaf and mostly blind, but is never afraid when I drop her off. Melanie gives her hugs, kisses and reassurances.

I have know Melanie for many years and she is without a doubt the most patient with animals that I have ever seen. ANYONE that has ever set foot in Ruff Ruff Grooming would NEVER say such about them. Melanie has been taking care of my babies for many years. When my oldest dog could no longer see or hear, he knew he was loved when he went to Ruff Ruff and Melanie got her capable hands on him. Even at his last groom, just before he passed away, he leaned over and kissed her face as if to say, "You'll make me look handsome, right?" I wouldn't trust any of my dogs to anybody else but Melanie and Ruff Ruff.

Wow! Finally a place that treats my dog like one of the family. The staff are super friendly and are expert groomers. My dashound is treated with affection and tender care the entire visit and he leaves looking awesome! The prices are lower than other places in town but you receive top quality services. Need a place to bring your family member then Ruff Ruff Grooming is the place!

The owner Melony takes great care of my Jack Russell and is always has the best custormer service. Jack Russell are very hyper and she has never nicked him. He always comes back nicked with other grommers.
