PrimeCare, LLC was founded by Raul Revello, MD, Jai Cho, MD and Pariksith Singh, MD for purposes of entering into global risk contracts with Medicare Advantage (MA) health plans. Effective April 2020 Dr. Singh became the sole owner of PrimeCare. Originally doing business in the Tampa Bay counties of Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando, PrimeCare has now expanded all across Central Florida to now include Indian River, Brevard, St. Lucie, Palm Beach, Martin, Seminole and Volusia counties. The number of affiliated primary care physicians (PCP’s) and /or locations within Florida now exceeds 100.
