I have been taking all of our pets here for several years, and I wouldn't take them anywhere else. Since Dr. Klein has purchased the business many improvements have been added, the office is always clean, and a huge help is....they are open Saturday mornings!! His office staff and techs are all friendly and make you feel like family. They are great with both our dogs and are always willing to lend a helping hand or give a hug during those super hard times we all face at some point. We have been seeing Dr. Klein and I can tell you first hand he is the best there is. He honestly cares and treats each and every pet that comes in like they are family. I never feel rushed, and Dr. Klein will answer any/all questions and explain so you totally understand. He recently removed a VERY complicated cyst below my dogs eye...and not only did he remove the cyst, he was able to reconstruct and maintain my puppies normal eye shape! You would never know he had surgery. Another example of the care we have received while going here is a couple years ago my other puppy had mange...she was misdiagnosed until Dr. Klein examined her. She ended up developing a severe case that was resistant to most treatment options. Dr. Klein found the right treatment, helped me with cost saving options for medication, and never gave up on my little girl! No matter how bad she looked he instantly gave her hugs and kisses as soon as he walked in the exam room. It is clearly obvious he takes a personal interest in his patients. I know my pets are in excellent care while being treated here. Dr. Klein and his team have proven themselves beyond words and I highly recommend you coming in for a visit to see for yourself.
I do not normally write reviews but this clinic has given me the hope to share my thoughts. I went to Pine Castle for a second opinion when my cat just kept doing worse and worse. Dr Klien and Dr craig were just the most rofessional vets i have ever met. They diagnosed my cat and saved her life. I am forever grateful to these people. i am a believer! I reccomend this clinic to every one who has a pet and wants super care!

Provided by SuperpagesI am not a person who normally writes reviews but my last experience with this clinic has made me a believer and I had to tell everyone who will listen. I brought my cat here for a second opionion and the doctors here were so wonderful and caring for me and my cat and they saved her life. I would not reccomend another clinic. I have told all my neighbors about this clinic and have gotten similar remarks. I am so glad I finally found a place i can trust. Thank you dr craig and dr klein for making my pet better. i don't have to look any further for my pets care.

Provided by SuperpagesI feel for the person whose dog died. I really do. I love my dog and will be very upset when he passes. He is 16 now and is around me 24-7 just about. But this Animal Hospital has been nothing but superb in the treatment of Sammy for the last 10 years. They have been extremely accommodating and couldn't be nicer. Both vets are absolutely terrific.

Provided by DexKnowsI brought my 5 year old Golden Retriever here in Aug. 08 and left him in the care if the doctor... Or so I thought. Stay away from these guys unless you want your pet DEAD!
Staff is very nice. It smelled really good, not dirty and they are open 6 days a week. Thought it was a great place.

Provided by SuperpagesDon't bring your pet here unless you want them dead!They misdiagnosed my 5 year old golden retriever. They allow unqualified techs to diagnose. They cost me $5000 and my dog is DEAD! My little 4 year old keeps asking me "Daddy... Is Henry with Jesus now"?

Provided by SuperpagesThis is the BEST Veterinary clinic I have found in Florida since I have been here. The Doctors are professional and caring and do great medicine and their staff is friendly, caring and helpful. I wouldn't bring my pets anywhere else. They also have reasonable prices, which nowadays is something I look for. If you love your pets, I recommend going to see the people at Pine Castle and let them show you how much they love and care for your pet too!
