Stay Clear of Avalon Park Papa Gios! They will take your order over the phone for delivery and charge your card then NEVER BRING YOUR FOOD. We had this happen.... waited 2.5 hours.... driver kept calling saying he was here looking for our apartment.... then he called and said it was getting close to closing time so he had to call his manager and he would call right back.... another half hour later we decided to call them because we heard nothing from them.... it was 1055pm and they said sorry we are closed now, if you want your food you have to come pick it up.... keep in mind this would be the food that we had ordered 2.5 hours earlier that sat in the drivers car all that time.... manager is insanely rude and said he never charged our card anyway. We checked our bank account online while on the phone with them.... he LIED of course and there sat the charges.... then the manager who never came on the phone but instead just shouted in the background in a very rude and abbrasive tone that he had credited back our card.... well here we sit a week later and NO CREDIT .... so basically they stole over $30 from our card. I have never had such a bizarre experience in my life.... now we have had to file a complaint against them with the fraud dept of our bank to get our money back. WORD of ADVICE = order from FLIPPERS!!! their food is far better and their service is excellent.... papa gios is horrible.
