Classic Collision

I had come in to return my rental and pick up my vehicle that had been damaged in a car accident and apparently my ignition was locking . its my birthday weekend and its been a rough few days so to find out I was needed to spend more money to fix an unexpected issue I was very overwhelmed . the staff was so kind during my long wait . very attentive to me and I never had to ask how much longer or anuthing . the Cust service mgr Kristie was so amazing and such a sweet heart .They made sure I left with no issues and feeling safe in my vehicle . I would def recommend this shop if u need some kind of accident repairs. When they say family they mean it , they make you feel welcomed and cared for. I would def be coming back if I ever need their type of services. I think my birthday weekend is def going to be a great one thank you so much .. :)

I currently have had to take my car back 4 times to fix after a simple insurance claim where a guy hit my back panel and they needed to fix it. After the first time the detail lines on the car were 2 inches off. Then they didn't smooth it out at all and it was still obvious the car was hit. The third time my window all of the sudden stopped working because they took the car door apart to make sure it was ok. Now I've received my car a 4th time and again the body work is second class. They are very nice people just have terrible attention to detail.

I was given a quote by John at the Longwood location, and scheduled an appointment. When I got to the Landstreet location, John took the car to do the work,.....35 minutes later the car comes back around and John gets out and says it didn't take as long as he thought. I went inside to pay and he said they were adjusting the bill. When he handed it to me it was LESS than he had originally quoted. Are you kidding me? Who does this? Their work is first rate, the customer service is off the charts. Lots of smiling faces and staff that are asking if there is anything they can do for you. Hoping I never need their service again, but will give them my business anytime I need to. Thanks John.....

I can't believe that a person is blaming the auto body repair people for the worn-out tires. They were given the money to purchase the tires. How could Orlando Suoercenter do an alignment on the car if they didn't put the tires on the vehicle. I had my vehicle repair there and you would never even know it had be hit. Excellent work by extremely professional people. They b They were wonderful. Highly recommend Orlando Supercenter

I took the car for repair after an accident; the repair was covered by my insurance. The car was repaired but the shop could not find the right wheels and tires to install back to the car. They gave me a check for wheels and tires but NEVER informed me that the wheel alignment was not done. Now that I've been driving the car for 4 months, two newly installed front tires are worn out badly on the inside and need to be replaced. Some front suspension components are damaged and also need to be replaced. I tried to call and explained the situation, but no one, even the manager, wants take responsibility. The manager even tried to blame the tire installer and myself. A body shop that I thought was good and reliable just gave me such a big disappointment. Don't risk taking your car to this place; your case could be worse than mine. If your insurance company recommend this place, tell your insurance company you don't want the repair done here.
