Very bad service

This company is the most frustrating place to try to deal with. They outsource their calls to somewhere in hell. You cannot understand what the people are saying, and when you do get your point across, that person can't understand what you are asking. I just spent over 2 1/2 hours trying to get to talk to someone in the United States. I am older and cannot hear well and cannot understand what the people are saying. I could not get through to anyone in the US. I don't like giving my personal information out to someone in another country. If you have a choice, DO NOT deal with this company!!!
