Overall

The waiters and waitresses are nice polite, however front desk is so rude and impel opposite, seems like it is the way the have done in their Country, because most Chinese restaurant I have came, most of front desk think and treat us like we are there to apply for food. They show "I DONT CARE ATTITUDE" , that's why I think they all are the same as they always done so in China as I live there for almost 2 year, manager and owner tried to show the guest I AM A BIG GUY OR RICH MAN, The servers are trying to make tip, so they are a little nicer.

However, they still better than Vietnamese restaurant, as soon as they take your orders, good luck to you if they are coming back to ask you anything, they didn't know how to treat guest in Vietnam, so as soon as they took your order they think their job are done, if you need them try to find them if you can.

If you go to their kitchen, I beg you can eat org trough up. I have several friends who own restaurant and I went to their kitchens oh my God, so nasty, I asked them why their answers are almost same, no one know, they get sick not us

For instant I went to "Anh Hong restaurant, and Little Saigon restaurant in Colonial, Orlando, their soups have there for almost a month, when is asked, he said don't worry we cook fresh for you and those old food we warm up to serve American, Spanish etc only, the y always said our food are good, so who care. Look at our award best in Orlando, so .

Watch out American and Spanish people, Vietnamese love to rip you.

For instant, on their add seeking nail technician, they always added "Our salon in WHITE AMERICAN" COMMUNITY, GOOD TIP", did I sad they ALWAYS place an add that way,

All above are true, every thing true , nothing but the true.

Look, no Vietnamese went to school to learn nails, they only paid $1250.00 to $1500.00 to their Vietnamese school, and got license to do nails, that's why most of them don't read and speak well but got license easily, on the renewal date just pay from $250 to $500, Vietnamese school will get all for them.

99% of nail techs! received welfare! food stamp and medicate from our tax money! because Vietnamese community law is all Vietnamese get paid 50% in cash ang 50% in check, so all will have enjoy all benefits I

Overall
The restaurant was beautiful. ...

The restaurant was beautiful.

The food wasn't that great and small portion. The price was expensive.

We ordered the whole fried fish, the chef gave us fried fish and soak the fish in fish sauce, when the waitress gave us the fish no more crunchy, also Chinese never cook with fish sauce. Fish sauce is more of Vitenamese style. We asked the waitress if she can order for us some food cook in Cantonese style and she said just order what the menu has, she has no idea what is Cantonese style or Mandarin style.

If you have been to Chinese retaurant before you will know the diffrent between good food and no good food. The food here taste no better than Chinese buffet.
