Mel Johnson's Flower Shoppe

I just spoke a customer service rep and willingness to sever the customer is awful. I paid $90 what and all they do is blame it on a online service who is sending them the details. The fruit is no even fresh come on people do right by you customer. I will never recommend this company never. Delivery woman was nice though

I recently ordered a fruit basket from this florist by calling the Orlando location direct phone number. I had a list of specific items to put in the basket among the fruit. Kitty accommodated my request and more! The recipient was so delighted, that he e-mailed me a photo of it. What a beautiful masterpiece---heavy and chock full. The recipient and I both plan to use Mel Johnson's Flower Shoppe again. A well-deserved five-star rating indeed! Thank you for a job well done!

They really listened to what I liked and asked about the person I was sending the flowers to, which made for a spectacular arrangement! It was deliverd on time and delivery person was just as nice and professional as the people in the shop, who shopped online with me to ensure the arrangement was all we hoped for. I will use Mel Johnsons flower shoppe for all future needs. Thanks a million Mels! Anyone that calls upon them i doubt will be dissappointed
