Got to the ER at 8:45, I was told wait time is one hour, they clearly lied to my face. I left at 1:20 am and still had not seen a doctor. but patient financial came and got all my Insurance information. I have instructed my Insurance carrier I was not seen by a doctor and do not honor any bills that they may send. I will never go back.

My boyfriend's blood pressure is 167/95 and we had to argue with the doctor to have an ekg and blood work done. He said "ruling out every possibility isn't his job, you need to go somewhere else"

It was the worst attention that i've ever expereinced in my life.In the ER reception nobody was doing anything,i came with my wife as an emergency and everyone was just doing some papers. The nurse was very rude and unprofessional, seemed like she just wanted to leave couldn't even put a simple IV in her arm, i could've put the IV better than that nurse, left my wife in pain and struck her nerve and made her whole arm numb. I ended up leaving the place because it was a complete joke of an office.I went to a more professional and caring place.

Went for ear infection the Dr was great but front staff horrible and rude. I waited 40 mins for my prescription and it was just sitting at the desk, when I complained vanessa from the desk was very rude and horrible attitude. Definitely will not come back or recommend this place at all.

The worst service ever. The doctor scolded my brother and I when we requested for him to talk to my mom in Spanish, since he knew Spanish. When trying to exit the facility, a guy asked her to open the door for me and she said "she is screwed" and then turned around and I was in front of her face. All she did was look down and press the button to open the door. Very rude in every aspect and unprofessional staff.

Hunter's Creek ER is an emergency dept just the same as an emergency dept in a hospital with the exception that it is self contained. It has emergency dept equipment, emergency nursing staff, and emergency physicians to treat true emergencies. Their staff is courteous and deliver high quality emergency care 24/7.

My husband waited 30 minutes for a Strep test. The doctor didn't even do the test. Looked at his throat and said it was Strep and wrote him a prescription. We received a bill for $2100 a month later from the ER and another bill for $100 from the doctor. We are in shock at how much they charged when they didn't even do any testing.

SCAM ALERT!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

I was bit by a small dog on the leg and had a few scratches. It was after hours and my primary care physician advised me to get a tetanus shot. Hunters Creek ER cleaned the scratches and gave me a shot. A few weeks later, I received a bill for $2400. My insurance paid $400. Apparently, they add on a "facility charge" of $2000.

Dr. Clown Guzman. drugged me up with all kinds of medicine only to tell me I didn't have a kidney stone. So I got a narcotic for a UTI..and through an IV at that so my bill is going to be outrageous, not to mention the front desk nurse that was so insensitive and So rude

Worst place for an emergency because first the front desk didn't care if my son vomit on the floor. Another nurse was rude to my son while she gave him medicine and waited an hour an half for discharge papers. Never I will visit this place!!

I went to this place last August (2014) with a severely swollen toe and foot that gave a lot of pain after an accident. They took x-rays and assured me nothing was broken--it was only a sprain. Thinking I was a wimp, I toughed it out a few more months. I'm now recovering from surgery in which my non-union fracture was re-built with a bone graft because my broken foot didn't heal properly. If they'd read x-rays properly in the first place, I probably wouldn't have required a surgery and 5 inch pin with a six week+ recovery time. Not to mention, I continued lifting/carrying/working hard on a broken foot and because I was told I'm just overreacting over a sprain.

I went to this ER because the NP at Center for Living Well said they need to determine if I needed an IV antibiotic for pink eye. I was there for 20 minutes. The attendant said that the swelling on my eye was normal for conjunctivitis. They gave me a tetanus shot 2 antibiotic pills and a prescription. The bill was $3169.50. I can't imagine what it would be if I needed the IV. Don't go there unless you are literally dying..

I visited the Hunters Creek ER and I am in shock with my bill. The cost to see a doctor was $25,753.25..... The service was great but not worth $25K plus. This is just ridiculous.....I will never go back to this location to expensive. Do they think people that live in HC are rich???? I guess they do. I been calling them to discuss my bill and no answer.

The worst

We typically make the 30min drive to the branch out in Sand Lake but decided to give this one a try since it's closer. WORST MISTAKE EVER. We spent an hour and a half waiting for crappy customer service. I would not recommend this branch to ANYONE. Such a waste of my time.
