I saw some of the people's review and I own a business and know what service is and I've been coming here for 10 months and never had a compliant. The lady working takes care of you and I've seen her deal with people when she's backed up. They will keep my business because they get it done! Maybe others should look at their own attitude?

I get my shirts and pants cleaned here regularly and have never had an issue. I find it hard to trust the comments below because the owner is a very friendly lady who has always provided me with great service. I would definitely recommend this cleaner.

This is the worst cleaners I have ever been to. They messed up 2 pairs of brand new pants. She said she wasn't going to do anything about it. Now I'm out of 2 Pairs of pants. I do not recommend any one to go there.

Beware con artist! I took a pair of shorts in to be altered. When I arrived the lady was very short with me and would not listen to what I wanted done to the shorts. I have gotten many Alterations in the past and am new to this side if town so I decided to try this place out. Normally when ur getting an alteration they ask you to try it on so they can pin it and make sure they're doing exactly what you want done. She just wanted me out of her face as quickly as possible and had no interest in finding out what I wanted done. When I came back to pick up the shorts nothing had been altered on them! When I asked to try them on she began giving me attitude and being very mean and saying I knew you were going to do something like this and I said like what ask to try on the shorts to see if they fit? After trying them on and looking closely at the seams I realized that they did not even alter them at all. I am a calm person so even after realizing this I brought the shorts to the counter and asked her politely to show me where the alterations had been done. At this point she was very upset with me and told me she didn't do the alterations and cant show me where it was done. She then began telling me I was only being difficult bc I dont have any money and I cant afford the $16! I am in the service industry and would never treat a person like this. I have never been treated so disrespectful in MY LIFE! She tried to make me pay before I had a chance to even look at the shorts let alone try them on bc she knew nothing had been done and just wanted to take my money! Terrible costumer service and just bad people!

This place is the worst dry cleaners that you will ever see in your life. The blind lady who works there (I think she is the owner) do not care at all about her clients. The clothes don't come out good and they have no idea of what costumer service means. There is a great Dry cleaners across street from there, right beside Starbucks, you should go there instead. That's what I'm doing.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The lady who helped me is the rudest person I have ever met and my clothes didn't even look good once I got them home. There are so many cleaners within a close proximity, don't waste your time going to this foul place.

Wow! I wonder how many people the awful woman behind the counter has scared away. She was rude from the second I hung my garment. For someone who works in a small business, you'd think she would want people to return but she just turned me off that place for good. I have been there several times before when an extremely friendly man was there but this new lady has a horrible attitude and obviously doesn't know what customer service is. I took my things and left! I will not be returning, thats for sure.
