Hiawassee Veterinary Clinic

We are very disappointed in the lack of customer service from this office. I have never had an experience with a vet as worse as this one. We were advised of things after the Dr and his employees completed services. So rather than getting our consent to proceed they did it anyways. Had I known, I would've happily brought my baby to Banfield where I've had nothing but AMAZING vets working on my animals. I've had several pets in my past and have gone to different vets. This dr does not compare to them and I am glad to find out how rude he is now rather than later.

Dr. Jason and his staff was the most caring, understanding and personal vet I have ever come across when I toke my Aussie to him for an evaluation during the last days of his life. Syd had a terminal cancer and we had a very hard time dealing with deciding when to end his suffering. Dr. Jason and his staff were professional, very non biased, supportive and advised us on all the pro and con's of this time that every pet owners fear. Now after some time of obvious greif I am preparing to take my new pup over for his first visit and I look forward to the advise, education and sence of family at the haiawasee clinic.
