        Of course Rick is a household name for us as our P/M Technician, and has been for years. When he advised us that our antiquated Trane may cause us problems in the future getting parts, we elected to go ahead and update our Trane heat pump system.

        Chuck in sales came immediately and the next day Rodney, James & Renan were here to do an outstanding job modifying for our new Trane system. There was another gentleman (sorry, no name) that was also very instrumental in making this installation

        a very good experience for us..They were here at 8AM-gone 6PM..Their service is great and their price was good. We enjoy doing business with Joan Heinmiller and company.
