Hair Cuttery

Went there today, none of the staff member greet when I walk in "they have a door bell" I was standing on the reception and they don't even took time to ask if I need help! I walk out with out a staff member ask me anything. This it's horrible customer service and for a firs time customers. I will never walk in again

The number of inexperienced hair stylists at this salon is atrocious. I have visited this salon multiple times, each time experimenting with someone new and as of today, I am no longer visiting it. I was attended by CiCi and I am completely dissatisfied with my current haircut. I do not recommend this hair salon to anyone.

This is a great salon if you want a really professional cut but the convenience just walking in. I see Hope and she is also the manager. They ask a lot of questions to make sure the service matches your expectations. Quick tip - they also make appointments just not the same day. I get hair color and cut and they also offer a discount on product with a service

This brand new salon needs to take a lesson in customer service. With several superior salons within a 3-mile radius, one would think the manager of this store would make sure customers feel welcome and valued. My son was one of three customers in this salon, and the stylists couldn't be bothered to acknowledge our existence. After being told there was no wait, we sat for a half an hour with no update on the status of our wait time. Did I mention there were only three customers in the salon? When we left (haircut-less), the stylists watched us go with bored expressions, and when I later brought this to the manager's attention, she gave me a blank stare and suggested we make an appointment next time. At a Hair Cuttery. That takes walk ins. With two other clients. For a 14-year-old. The Great Clips at Lake Hart is only a couple miles down the road, and they treat their clients with respect. Take your business there instead.
